Individual Permanent Jewelry Deposit

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your permanent jewelry appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

Appointments are held pending deposit and are officially confirmed once payment is received. Confirmation will be sent via text message, email, or Instagram direct message.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 13 years of age. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device.
• You have disclosed any known metal allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
• Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded without a clasp.
• Your deposit reserves your appointment and is non-refundable.
