Every order is carefully packaged with attention to detail because I want your jewelry to arrive ready to brighten your day.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days.

As a small business, I generally ship one day each week. This allows me to carefully package every order while balancing inventory, pop-up events, and creating new collections.

If your order is placed after my weekly shipping day, it will be included in the following shipment.

If there are any unexpected delays, I'll reach out using the email provided with your order

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SOL 21 is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. 

If an incorrect address is entered, SOL 21 cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders shipped to the wrong address
