What materials are your jewelry made from?

Our collections feature a variety of materials, including stainless steel, gold-plated, gold-filled, and other carefully selected metals. Material details are listed on each product page whenever possible.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

No. However, jewelry naturally experiences wear over time, especially with frequent exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, sweat, and other chemicals. Following our care recommendations will help extend the life and beauty of your pieces.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?

To help preserve your jewelry's finish, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, or hair products.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days.

As a small business, SOL 21 generally ships one day each week. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time.

Where are you located?

SOL 21 is based in Northern California and regularly participates in local pop-up markets and community events.

Do you offer permanent jewelry?

Yes! Permanent jewelry is available at select pop-up events and private bookings.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. A soft jewelry cloth can be used to gently clean your pieces after wear.
